PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM
All players must be registered using the following form to play and register with FA : Link
Form is pretty self explanatory, if your player or parent has a FAN I can look up details once form is submitted (need DOBs)

FA COURSES
All Managers and Assistants need these (anyone that stands in the technical area)
DBS (Expire every 3 years)
Safeguarding Children (Expire every two years)
Every team needs at least one of these
Introduction to Coaching Football (Lifetime qualification)
Introduction to First Aid in Football (Expire every three years)
